Reporting to the CEO, I serve as IT Director with overall responsibility for IT support, business intelligence, and data analytics systems. In the last three years I have built the IT organization and created the scalable strategy necessary to rapidly onboard and support over 60 veterinary practices across the country.Encore was founded in 2018 to acquire and grow veterinary hospitals. The company provides a platform for veterinary professionals to collaborate, share ideas, and learn from each other. Individual practices benefit from economies of scale as well as backend support for finance, HR, IT, and leadership training.

At MSSA, I continued to serve as IT Director for Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A) along with several other MHI affiliates but, as part of an internal shared services organization. MHI Shared Services America (MSSA) was created by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MD&A’s parent company) to centralize common resources including IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Indirect Purchasing. MSSA provides IT services and support to over 2,000 employees in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Provide IT services for three distinct business segments (services, parts, and repairs) in a global services business. Responsible for all IT functions including core system reliability, remote location stability, cost management, and capital expenditure forecasting. Developed plans for hardware/software implementation, facility consolidation, and acquisition integration. Infrastructure improvements supported more than a decade of rapid growth.A subsidiary of Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems - Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis is one of the largest non-OEM turbine-generator repair organizations in the United States for power generators. MD&A provides customers with technical experts; engineering and repair services; and products that consistently meet or exceed commitments and customer expectations.

Provided systems engineering, support, and project management for 400 users in three locations. Deployed a $1MM sales force and call center automation system. Maintained 99.99% system and network availability.
