I'm currently a Senior Recruiter at Tropicana Brands Group, a privately owned joint venture between PAI Partners and Pepsico. The launch of Tropicana Brands Group represents an exciting fusion of some of the world’s most beloved and up-and-coming brands in the juice category, including Tropicana, Naked, KeVita, Izze, Dole and Copella. Our new company blends the best of two worlds: one steeped in industry-leading expertise and the heritage of prestige juice brands, and another rooted in a true entrepreneurial mindset.With 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in internal talent acquisition and professional/executive search, I bring the professional services, white-glove mindset and agility to the internal talent acquisition function. From CPG to technology, across all functional areas, I've found success in partnering with leadership teams to help best understand their needs, build a comprehensive search strategy, and consult with them on every facet of the search process from the scope of profile and market data, through compensation and offer strategy and negotiation. I graduated in May of 2011 from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in English/Creative Writing, which I continue to pursue outside of my professional career. I've also spent roughly six years in the restaurant industry in various capacities, working as a server and corporate trainer. After college, my professional career began at Enterprise Holdings in the management trainee program, where I was promoted 7 times in 6 years into the Branch Manager role. I was responsible for all aspects of running the rental branch including employee development (managing a team of between 5 and 20 direct reports), customer service, sales, full p&l responsibility of a $7M territory annually, and business development/growth across multiple brands.
