    I led a team of 14 people that were assigned to each healthcare facility in my territory. These Interactive Patient Managers (IPC) were the day-to-day contact for all things GetWell. This team was responsible for the implementation of new features, increasing utilization and client satisfaction.Alongside the IPC Managers, I worked with 25+ hospitals nationwide to implement and grow the interactive patient care solution. This required working with IT, nursing, administrative leadership, bio-med, facilities and other ancillary departments to improve the patient experience through patient education and patient activation in the care process. We helped healthcare teams analyze their patient experience data (I.E.: HCAHPS) and worked with them to implement a patient-centric approach to educating, empowering and activating the patients while they were in the hospital. Additionally, the team helped facilities fulfill some Meaningful Use criteria centered on patient and family engagement.I represented my region to all levels within GetWellNetwork. In particular, I was held accountable for client priority outcomes, client needs, custom requests, development/interface opportunities, and technical or product issues. I coordinated resources to achieve client outcomes on a timely basis by utilizing existing processes to ensure prioritization and delivery of results against client needs, requests and statements of work.My colleagues and I were extremely proud when GetWellNetwork earned #1 in KLAS.
