Initiate and maintain full cycle recruitment coordination for technical candidates. Throughout the process, I work closely with both the candidate and recruiter to focus on creating a good and smooth candidate experience. I support three recruiters and schedule up to 65 interviews (phone and onsite) a week. The interviews range anywhere from one-on-one phone interviews to six person interview groups at an offsite and I can schedule domestically and internationally using Outlook. I will also arrange travel and hotel accommodations for candidates flying from across the country or internationally.I use our ATS system, Kenexa, to collect feedback after the interviews as well as create offer letters from new hires. Once the offer has been signed, I also initiate the background check and schedule the drug screen. I created and maintain the Coordinator Manual as well as run the training program for all new Recruiting Coordinators that join the team. Coordinating and helping run a Vets in Tech event which will bring veterans from around the Bay Area to link up with recruiters and executives from many Silicon Valley companies and learn how to position their skill set to get themselves a job in tech.
