Channel focus enabling partners to resell Ceryx industry leading Hosted Exchange and messaging services under their own corporate identity.•General management responsibilities for the ThinOffice business unit from launch to current operations which achieved profitability within 18 months contributing 10% of monthly recurring revenues.•Targeting the SMB segment through channel partners, responsible for partner acquisition growing to over 65 global partners.•Marketing activities including brand, marcom and agency mgt•Partner strategies including product management, go to market support and relationship management with a goal of driving partner success

•Stakeholder on the largest phase of our integration with John Hancock. Includes the migration of $70B USD in assets and retirement of two enterprise systems.•Back Office Systems responsibilities for three critical applications with a combined budget exceeding $5M housing in excess of $63 B of MFC investment products.•Managed technical staff of 18 full time and contract resources for production support, small enhancements and major development efforts•Managed vendor relationship for application (Unisys) and infrastructure (IBM)•Customer relationship management principally for Security Administration and in support of Middle and Front office initiatives

• Integrated Bird On A Wire Networks product line which expanded the AT&T product set with an additional $4 million in new recurring revenue• Audited AES management processes supporting largest customers with revenue of $200 million. Changes resulted in operation efficiencies and improved customer service• Developed AES performance metrics program to determine operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in support of corporate objectives• Defined product development processes and managed throughout matrix organization which included market review; product design; support and change control• Launched 4 major product lines with 500 sub-components/value added services which led to revenue growth of $2 million within the first year of business• Analysed and priced custom solutions falling outside the standard product line which generated 35% of revenue
