- Migration of 3500 user mailboxes for the NY state comptrollers office, going from lotus notes directly to office 365 using quest migration manager for lotus notes. Also utilized quest coexistence manager during the migration to ensure 2-way free busy lookups between office 365 and on-premise lotus notes.- Migration of over 1000 users to office 365 from on-premise exchange utilizing exchange hybrid configurations, for tecomet medical company.- Performed user and workstation migrations from multiple domains to a single consolidated domain utilizing quest migration manager, in addition to using custom powershell scripts for various cleanup jobs and user attribute corrections.

- Developed an automation process for the migration team to migrate servers from legacy domains to a single domain using powershell in correlation with the Dell migration manager utility. The process brought up numbers on monthly migrations from 30 a month up to 500 a month with aggressive scheduling.- Developed the process for evicting legacy domain Microsoft Cluster Nodes; performing a complete rebuild; and rejoining as a new Microsoft Cluster in another domain with minimal downtime and interruption of services.- Wrote numerous powershell scripts for data mining of servers scheduled for migration to ensure if need be rollback time would be minimal and all settings are retained.- Assisted in developing an in-place upgrade process for bringing 2008+ servers to 2012r2, including showing how to use Microsofts Map tool for discovery and the use of Microsoft’s DCIM software to create an image and unattended upgrade process.- Wrote powershell scripts to assist with specific data mining and quick fixes to be deployed by other teams via HP’s Opsware system.- Assisted multiple teams in troubleshooting issues arising and various clusters and servers along with providing scripted fixes for any future problems that may arise on other systems. - Performed multiple complex cluster cross domain migration without rollback.- Trained resources on how to perform cluster migrations and troubleshoot common issues.- Assisted DBA’s with sql installs on multiple cluster configurations and troubleshooting.
