* Full P&L responsibility for profitable division of 100+ associates, while successfully maintaining a 70%+ market share in the competitive event-driven Proxy Solutions sector. * Personally closed sales in excess of 75% dealing directly with C-Suite buyers.* Consistently at the top of the Associate Engagement surveys from the Gallup Organization. * Was a key proponent of the Service Profit Chain.

* Personally engaged in planning and execution of complex and highly visible Proxy Campaigns for Top Tier Fund and Insurance Companies including Fidelity Investments, Vanguard Group, Scudder Funds, American Express/Ameriprise and Putnam Investments to name a few. ADP acquired MIS in May, 1997.

* Led Customer Communications Client Services Division, responsible for Proxies, Shareholder Reports and Client Statements, until Operations relocated to Covington, KY.
