Assists director with overall art direction, coordinates, manages and designs visual content for high-profile print, facility and digital projects that adhere to university and athletics brand standards. Co-lead recruiting efforts in organizing and developing high-impact content for teams to use to attract top recruits. Responsible for meeting with both internal and external clients to conceptualize ideas and establish solutions fulfilling partners’ goals and objectives while best representing the Ohio State brand. Lead motion design guidelines, content and execution for the department. Oversight of digital signage in collaboration with IT contact. Assists facility branding projects through ideation and final execution to ensure brand consistency and visual impact. Serves as the student design intern supervisor by recruiting local undergraduate talent, coordinating on-boarding and scheduling, providing creative direction and performance management. Coordinates with external vendors and printers. Approves proofs and final print runs; establishes timetables and design standards. Ensures compliance throughout all department publications, web sites, signage, advertisements and facilities. Identifies branding issues or inconsistencies and provides visual solutions to better align with the standards set. Building upon the visual identity of the most powerful collegiate sports program in the nation. Worked on print, digital, and motion graphic material for 36 varsity sports at Ohio State. Taking on projects from our creative director Andy Devito as well as the three full time designers on staff.

Oversee over 40 active students of Columbus College of Art & Design. As an RA in CCAD's freshman residence hall, I was responsible for resolving conflict between residents, organizing programs, and enforcing the rules of our hall. I learned a lot from being a resident advisor at CCAD, mostly that college freshman are anything but boring, but I also learned a lot about managing and organizing a positive atmosphere in large groups of people.
