- Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition (hiring) process including: request creation in a web-based workforce management tool, qualification of request, review of submitted candidates, interview scheduling and follow-up, and on-boarding requirements -Manage and ensure quality performance of participating staffing vendors -Assist client managers with extension of contract assignments -Ensure all assignments are ended appropriately in the system when notified of an end of assignment -Assist with the collection of company assets from vendors (laptop, badges, etc.) -Assist in collection of contractor hours and approval of time by hiring managers -Conduct analysis, investigations, and resolve client’s inquiries as needed -Provide periodic program status reports to leadership as required-Provide day-to-day Helpdesk support -Document all client and vendor activity and issue resolution from identification through completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction -Constant interaction via email and phone with client, staffing vendors, contract personnel and other partners -Ensures successful achievement of service level agreements (performance metrics)
