• Developed the business plan, marketing strategy and technical architecture for the company’s second-generation product line (client apps, server apps, ASP/SaaS-hosted delivery model and associated consulting services) to drive new growth in the very early days of the broadband telecommunications market. • Led the 25-person engineering and marketing team to implement the new GIS (geographical information systems) using a n-tier, component-based architecture in Oracle, C++, IIS, VB, and ASP. System was used by telecommunication providers to build the broadband Internet.

• Led team of 8 in the design and implementation of a digital video editing and special effects system for TV and motion pictures (application, database, and hardware driver code).
