My name is Joe Dominiak and I help businesses with $50M - $900M in revenue align and unify around their Brand Promise so they can exceed financial and growth plans. That was a direct result of the alignment I created between the owners and operators around the Brand Promise. The brand experienced record profit levels and new unit growth for the first time since the 1980’s in both the Greater Cincinnati area and markets new to Skyline Chili.To turn the impossible into reality, I take the time to intimately learn the desired culture as defined by the Brand Promise and set strategic initiatives to close any gaps that exist. Exceeding guest/customer expectations is imperative and my teams established simplified programs for front line employees, management and shareholders to execute in unison.
