Much of the work was post-sales customer support.Other internal projects included configuring Salesforce.com to fit with out account and case management workflow. As part of that, I developed an application to make a copy of our Salesforce database and store it locally as a backup. It keeps a local SQL database in sync in near real-time. I also developed our internal SLA tracking application to help our engineers manage customer tickets.I also developed and did pre-sales demonstrations for two software products that add on to EAS: Archive Admin Toolkit and Z2I Connector. Both sold well to Bishop customers and non-Bishop customers.

Network EngineerPromega Nov 1999 - Nov 2004Madison, Wi, UsManaged and supported 100+ server environment with 9 branch offices around the world. I created and maintained an completely automated server build process for Compaq/HP Proliant servers that could take a server from no configuration, to having Windows on the domain, installed and patched in about an hour.Was the lead engineer on the NT4 to Windows 2000 domain upgrade. As part of that, I traveled to most of the company's international branch offices to install new servers and rebuild the user's PCs, upgrading them to Windows 2000. For this project, I created an automated migration tool to backup their data, rebuild the PC, then restore their data.Assisted with global Citrix MetaFrame roll-out which included advanced profile configuration and manipulation. I did advanced registry editing to customize user profiles and application settings. I also modified the Citrix webpage to allow users to automatically and forcefully log off any of their sessions across the farm. This feature was later added by Citrix to the product. (not my implementation though). -
