Operations exec by day, NFP board member at other times.After a decade management consulting in public policy and data, I made the switch to the disability sector. At Hireup, I joined to launch its approach to impact measurement, and went on to lead the Melbourne office. I now run the national Individualised Living Options (ILO) team. We support our clients (people with disability) to enable them to choose the home they would like to live in and set up supports that work for their situation. I enjoy hearing new perspectives and learning about others' journeys. Look forward to connecting.
