Invited to join the team of former ASTI Executives to be part of ICTV, a company involved in Media, IT and Telecommunication. Appointed as President and tasked to organize and establish IResource Consulting International, Inc.• Organized the Account Management/ Business Development team of the company that were tasked to develop the go-to-market approach and establish business relationships with various corporate client locally.• Organized the recruitment team by training fresh graduates and career shifters to do sourcing, interviewing, selection and matching and candidate management.• Set-up the company’s finance team that will handle cash flow management, billing and collections, payroll in coordination with ICTVC’s central Finance Management Office.• Together with the entire team, developed the company’s strategic plan for its initial operation, and successfully developed among team members ownership of the strategy by involving each team members in creating the overall company strategy. This resulted in a turn-around in terms of the financial aspect of the company, where within 8 months; the team was able to generate income that allowed the company to stand on its own. The company became the main financial source of the entire group of companies under ICTV, due to failure of other companies to generate needed revenue on their own. With the success of the team, was appointed as General Manager of ICTV’s Cooperative of Professionals and later on became Chief Operating Office of ICTV.

Initially hired a Resource Manager of Ayala Systems, to handle the recruitment activities of the company specifically for its internal resource requirements. In January 2008, tasked to set-up Ayala Systems subsidiary, GlobalBridge Resources Corporation.• Defined the business objectives of GlobalBridge Resources Corporation as a provider of IT Skilled professionals to enterprises both local and overseas.• Developed the company’s Business Development strategies, starting with concurrent clients of Ayala Systems which includes Asian Development Bank, Globe Telecoms, Texas Instrument, NEC Saudi Arabia.• Developed the company recruitment strategy by creating a team of Account Managers and provided needed trainings to career shifters and fresh graduates.• Accomplished the company’s revenue target during its first year operations that provided additional revenue for its mother company.• Initially established business relationships with a Singaporean IT Company that triggered the establishment of Ayala Systems in Singapore. • Successfully turned around the company’s finances in less than 1 year and paid off all OPEX loaned from the mother company and became a self-sustaining organization• Successfully brought the company to be the 3rd in the industry ranking within 2 years.
