In this tenure, I have the responsibility to enhance student’s instrumental and general music learning skills according to the national benchmarks. In addition, I create effective lesson plans using Smart Music to build and promote musicianship in and outside of the classroom. I also ask all orchestra and band students to perform method book exercises beyond their level by motivating with relatable songs.
