As a part of the Steam Generating Team (SGT), I was deployed to the commercial nuclear plant Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) as a mechanical design engineer to repair the plant after a major industrial accident in which a 529 ton stator was dropped during replacement. The drop resulted in significant damage to the structure, high voltage electrical equipment.
