Most recently, Joe was the SVP, Chief Transformation & Innovation Officer at Atlantic Health System. Before this role, he served as an Executive for Quest Diagnostics, and before Quest, he served on the executive team at Danaher, Smithkline, and Beckman Coulter for 27 years. Wilkins also served his community via governance roles; St Joseph Health System, American Hospital Association, California Hospital Association, Public Health Advocates, Keck Graduate Institute and Black Directors Health Equity Agenda Board of Directors. He is a currently a Corporate Board Director for QuidelOrtho Corporation, Providence St Joseph Health and the TGR, Tiger Woods Foundation. Wilkins is a Board-Certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He holds a BS and an MBA degree from Argosy University.
