HiTech Act Grant-funded startup creation of the CWRU REC as trusted advisors (consulting) focused on managing the change and adoption of electronic medical records for the Northeast medical community to include independent providers, physicians, hospitals, FQHCs, etc. Created the program charter which brought together the major players in the Northeast Ohio Medical Community to collaborate as a steering committee made up of local healthcare executives conducting quarterly reviews on our progress. Hire, supervise and train contract project managers to assure quality delivery of EHR systems from selection, workflow, revenue cycle, implementation and achievement of meaningful use. Structured project deliverables and trained independent practices on the implementation of outpatient electronic health records. Managed $6.2MM portfolio on behalf of 1800 primary care physicians while managing upwards of 100 ongoing projects at any given time in achieving meaningful use. Conducted the first HIPAA/Security assessments for hospitals and primary care physicians in 5 counties Northeast Ohio counties.

Senior Development/Project Manager, MPAR Project (PNC)  Led a global team of 19 developers with a $2.2MM budget to develop and test of data mart for a business intelligence application using Extract Transform Load ETL/Informix. Restore project to critical path, bring budget back into compliance, define “go-live” date rewriting project charter, develop technical specifications, and anticipate issues and risks using agile and lean processes. Implement environments, infrastructure walkthroughs (tuning/sizing), setup and control of network data mover processes, implement planning process.  Improve development efforts 40% with validation of business requirements using a lean approach. Create release/implementation plans resulting in virtually defect free implementations. Demonstrate teamwork with infrastructure group in the setup of development and production environments.
