Joe began as a production assistant in the year 1998 with MPE while attending Marshall University. In 2002 Joe moved to Nashville TN to study Music Business at Belmont University still spending summers working with MPE. In 2004 Joe returned to WV and went to work as an agent for MPE. In 2014, Joe was named full partner and Vice President of MPE. Joe became President of MPE in 2018.
