Since March 21, I am dedicating my skillset to the one-of-a-kind Peppa Pig Theme Park Dallas / Ft. Worth, as well as to other properties and hotels (Legoland, Sea Life, etc.) in the Texas region and Florida.

Since April of 2023, I have enjoyed the opportunity to put my years of experience to work with various franchise and corporate-owned hotels in assessing, auditing, and where necessary, brokering security services with private security partners. I have been privileged to travel the United States and set up Loss Prevention Departments, put in place leaders, and otherwise fortify the safety and security efforts of hotel brands, such as Pyramid Global Hospitality, Apollo Hospitality, and others.

I managed a team of ten (10) loss prevention officers, including maintaining relationships with airport authorities (TSA, FBI, Houston Fire Dept, and Houston Airport Police). I later took on the role of managing the parking garage and revised towing policies and created relationships with a new towing vendor. I managed and updated local LSOPs, emergency response training, GL and WC claims with the corporate office (lowering annual injury costs) and managed a department budget. I set up MS Shift, OSHA training protocols, revised the employee orientation process for greater safety awareness, the employee security handbook, and initiated the TakeCare Employee Wellness program. I established a relationship with NOVA Clinics for injured workers.

I provided freelance safety consulting and audits to franchise and corporate-managed hotels.

I managed a team at a busy downtown property, including a contract security team and a team of Austin police officers for special events. I revised the security LSOPs and the recycling program and was voted Manager of the Fourth Quarter for 2016.

This was my first hotel position, which exposed me to the various challenges of hotel management as I transitioned out of private security.
