• Operational support to the Shift Supervisors.• Ensuring the Supervisors have conducted all relevant weekday tasks and, where required during busy periods, giving added operational support to them in order to ensure the general security function is supplied to a high standard.• Managing the security department's daily workload in relation to the client screening administration process.• Supporting the rostering requirements of the contracted Security Team across all locations. Liaising with the various Site Managers / Supervisors in ensuring all shifts are appropriately scheduled.• Analysing data, organisational skills and compiling reports and conducting compliance checks.• Responsible for the screening administration in line with VISA EUROPE HR pre-assignment screening.

• I was responsible for the welfare and career development of around one hundred Security Officers working across three Tate sites, directly managing their performance via a structured programme of meetings, assessments, and reviews.• I directly oversaw four restructures of the Security Team at Tate – working to defined budgets, reallocating resources, and implementing the resultant changes to work routines.• I have an in-depth understanding of what is involved in creating budgets.
