The Digital Health Coalition is a revenue-generating 501(c)(3) nonprofit think tank focused on fostering innovation in the online health sector and was created to serve as the collective voice and national forum for the discussion of the current and future issues relevant to digital and electronic marketing of healthcare products and services.In 2008, Joe sold Manhattan Research, a company he cofounded in 2002, to Decision Resources, Inc. (now DRG Digital), a Providence Equity Partners (PEP) portfolio company. Joe remained in the role of President following the sale as part of a transition through the end of 2010.
