Executive responsible for FACETS strategic leadership, overall operational stewardship of fiscal and human assets, and advocacy to community stakeholders and public policy makers. FACETS opens doors by helping parents, their children and individuals who suffer the effects of poverty, so often unnoticed in Fairfax County. We meet their emergency shelter, food, and medical needs, help them gain safe, sustainable and permanent housing and work with them to end the cycle of poverty through educational, life skills and career counseling programs. FACETS was founded in 1988 to respond to the diverse needs of people impacted by poverty in our region.

NVFS is a large health and human services non-profit with over 450 employees providing housing, anti-hunger, homeless services, workforce development, childcare, health and mental health programs. Board roles included leading nationwide CEO search to replace the retiring long term CEO. Served as Board Chair from 2015-2017 and focused on ensuring a successful CEO transition and strong first year. Served on multiple board teams assessing potential mergers with other non-profits. Additional Board roles have included: Vice Chair, Strategic Planning Committee Chair, and service on Executive, Governance, Development, Advocacy and Strategic Planning committees.

Responsible for all aspects of Federal Civil Business Unit financial and technical performance, employee and organizational development, and customer satisfaction for programs supporting FAA, NASA and FBI and other federal agencies in this 400 employee business unit.

Richmond & Reston Va

Led Northrop Grumman’s efforts on the 10 year, $2 billion Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) Program from early capture through win, negotiation, program start-up and on-going operations. This 1,200 staff effort privatized and modernized the IT infrastructure and service delivery for the state of Virginia’s 85 executive agencies.

Reston, Va

Led complex, nationwide 500 employee unit with $90 million annual revenue providing systems integration, applications development and maintenance, and information technology infrastructure support primarily to state and local clients. Responsibilities included all aspects of program delivery (program management, employee development and deployment, financial performance, customer satisfaction and executive customer engagement) and business development (developing market strategy, identifying transferable solutions, and identifying, bidding and winning new work).

New Castle, De

Responsible for financial performance, new business growth, and multiple Health and Human Services IT projects for the federal government and state agencies in Delaware, Maine, Michigan, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.
