I currently work remotely within a dual role as Cruise Club Membership Services Manager (The cruise Club Concierge - In House Tour Operator) We currently have over 800 members within the organisation across the United Kingdom. My role is to engage with our members, help to increase their cruise sales, deliver training both face to face & via Webinar. I have conducting store visits with our members to help them to identify opportunities to grow their business, I have also escorted ship visits & educational trips. In my role, I have built great relationships with our business partners from the cruise lines. Over the last year, I have worked hard to improve my presentation skills & delivered B2B & B2C presentations. I also help out on reservations when needed - tailor making worldwide itineraries.

I opened up a new store for Hays Travel within the Bournemouth area. I grew the sales from 600k in the first year (starting from scratch) to well over 1.2 million in the second year. Whilst running the branch, I was responsible for Sales, Customer Service, HR, Travel Team & Foreign Exchange. Sales management, engaging with customers & coaching were other key factors in the role. I then moved to a much larger established store managing a bigger team. I exceeded all targets in both branches.

I started my career at Thomas Cook at 16 years old working my way up from Apprentice to Cluster Manager. When I was store manager of Bournemouth, my boss encouraged me to enhance my skills as a trainer. I became a retail induction trainer along side my management position. This improved my confidence, communication & presentation skills. I completed a train 2 train course at Gatwick. I delivered various courses. I also had experience as a deputy / acting RSM for a short period of time, I ran the South Coast region from my store in Bournemouth.
