I generated numerous reports and memos to other Muslim women-focused organizations in India such as Bharatiya Muslim Mahila Andolan (BMMA, or Indian Muslim Women Association). During my time with the Society, I accompanied my boss to Delhi as part of delegation at a UN Women conference. Additionally, I generated a website and print brochure for the Society.

W.E. Fest

As a ticketing manager at the world's largest country music festival, I must ensure that the 55,000 attendees have the best customer experience possible throughout their stay at Soo Pass Ranch. This means delegating certain tasks to employees, attending to specific, more difficult or sensitive issues personally, coordinating smooth shift changes in the ticket booths, as well as ensuring that the booths are well-stocked with wristbands, tickets, passes, and change.
