The course focuses on the entrepreneurial aspect of AI, guiding students on how to turn AI innovations into commercially viable products and services. By examining case studies of successful AI startups and engaging in project-based learning, students will gain firsthand experience in identifying market needs, developing AI solutions, and navigating the challenges of commercialization.

•Strategic planning for real estate assets valued at $300M, including 250 properties and 13,000 residents across the United States and Canada. Primarily focused at academic institutions. •Directed real estate development, including: Lending, Construction, Property Management, and Insurance for the organizations real estate assets.•Realized success rates 24 months ahead of schedule resulting in over 20% YoY growth in 3 consecutive years.•Advised the Board of Directors of the Constantine Housing Initiative (CHI) and contributed as Lead Member of the Resource and Advice vetting Commission for COVID-19.
