Joe formed The VaioPak Group in 2008 with the belief that the food service packaging industry could operate in a more innovative manner; ensuring sustainability and being mindful of the environment. The Group is BRC and FSC Certified, and boasts efficient processes and an ever-growing client portfolio, shipping to over 23 countries worldwide. Having developed key relationships with his Irish, European and Chinese partners, Joe has ensured creative freedom and the ability to offer a more bespoke service dedicated to innovation and the production of unique packaging. It is this flexibility that has enabled the launch of InnoPak which delivers products that fit its client’s needs, rather than providing solutions that already exist. This capacity to quickly adapt within the marketplace offers a greater selection of choice, and its strict guidelines when dealing with complex briefs ensure a high degree of quality.In 2018 the Group launched the newly developed and fully recyclable reEco Coffee Cups which utilise a revolutionary coating called EarthCoating. The coating can be extracted through standard paperboard recycling machinery without flakes forming and can consequently be re-processed in a commercially viable way within the existing recycling infrastructure. The VaioPak Group presents a unique vision for the future of custom printed food packaging. It’s financial and moral obligations to the community are being exceeded, and a robust growth plan is in place to capitalise on its already promising expansion, recently opening its US division.
