I have over 20 years of broad experience working across corporations to understand their strategic, marketing, data, and technological issues with connecting strategic business needs to their corporate marketing applications and ultimately to the organization's individual consumer to drive measurable results. This includes:- Strategies for best managing the identification and lineage of customers within massive, custom MDM platforms driving complex CRM implementations. - Designing and leading complex healthcare data platforms to drive acquisitions in Medicare, Medicaid, and Life. In addition to managing data programs for increased member engagement.- Defining analytically driven data solutions to manage complex targeting / messaging to automotive consumers across all phases of shopping and ownership.
