My personal approach to every new challenge is to roll my sleeves up, dig in, and understand all the nuances to the issue that my team has been chartered to solve. Some of my most innovative strategies and solutions have been born during corporation crisis mode. I firmly believe that the simplest approach is the best approach to start with. Requirement paralysis is a very real issue that every organization runs into.
