As I enter my third decade in Learning and Development, my leadership journey has been as diverse as it has been unexpected. From the law courts of the Old Bailey, to treading the boards of the West-end stage, from founding four very different businesses, to fathering four very different children, the constant theme throughout this journey has been an unwavering belief in the value of humanity – this has heavily influenced my passion for Human-centred Leadership and my dedication to helping organisations empower their people to be at their very best.I combined my UK legal sector background with an award-winning 12 year West End acting, producing and directing CV, launching my own Theatre Production Company (MokitaGrit), having performed to over 1 million people. I added an NLP Practitioner qualification, and an executive coaching accreditation, before setting up an innovative high-stakes Witness Familiarisation business (Assurety), finally going on to co-found PCA in 2013.Since starting in Learning & Development back in 2001 I have helped to create and deliver experiential training solutions across the world for over 250 client organisations, including multiple FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 leading Globals and regularly working with C-suite leadership teams across multiple sectors.Passionate about helping people and organisations to find confidence and to grow, my experiential training career has seen me work with 30 international training consultancies and 15 of the UK’s leading experiential training providers.As a Founding Director of PCA I've helped to oversee a business that has delivered training in over 40 countries, specialising in creating experiential practice-based experiences for Leadership, Performance Management, Business Development and Professional Development events.I regularly give keynote presentations at large scale Leadership conferences, with my expertise lying in how to turn Leadership strategy into day to day practical execution – my energy, presence and experience mean clients tend to use me when they need a high impact facilitator to motivate and drive participants at their business critical events.Clients include Mastercard, Microsoft, Nestlé, Google, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Novartis, Takeda, O2, Standard Chartered Bank, Nokia, BAE, Diageo, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Linklaters LLP, UCB, Skadden LLP, DLA Piper LLP, RBS, Hogan Lovells LLP, Royal Sun Alliance, CMS, JP Morgan, Barclays, Tesco, Vodafone, The BBC, HSBC, Deloitte, Accenture, The Foreign Commonwealth Office, The British Home Office, BAA and Invesco.
