Approximately 8% of the students have varying degrees of special educational needs (SEN) and receive additional learning support including occupational therapy sessions outside the classroom.• Conducted gross motor and handwriting assessments for 6 students from grade 9 to grade 11.• Improved fine motor and handwriting performance of the 6 students via bi-weekly treatment sessions, online and face-to-face combined, and establishing home exercise regimes.• Documented and reported treatment progress and gave recommendations to responsible teachers.

Hospital Description:- Kwong Wah Hospital is a 1,141-bed charitable district general hospital in Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong. It provides a full range of medical services to the population of West Kowloon and Wong Tai Sin. It is Kowloon West Cluster's major acute teaching hospital, and also a Neurosurgical and Antenatal Diagnosis referral centre.In-patient rehabilitation focusing on general medical, neuro-medical and geriatrics patients:• Provided early assessments and interventions to more than 300 acute CVA patients to make full use of their rehabilitation potential.• Conducted in-hospital cardiac rehabilitation program for 1 year, providing pathological education and suggestion for returning to work to over 50 patients.• Maximized ADL performance of 4 patients by conducting home visits and working with government officials/family members for home modification arrangements.• Prevented contractures by fabricating and modifying splints for in-patients.• Improved quality of life of patients by prescribing home oxygen therapy/CPAP/BiPAP for medical patients, allowing discharge from the hospital.• Facilitated communication between a multidisciplinary team by re-designing old assessment forms, which provided clearer presentation as well as allowed easier administration.
