Joe Gabriel S.C. Mateo holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management major in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Operations at the Lyceum of the Philippines University, Manila as a Cum Laude. He is a holder of a National Certificate II for Food and Beverage. He holds a Certificate of Course Completion for University of Pennsylvania’s English for Career Development through the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Embassy in the Philippines. He is proficient in both Filipino and English language. He is a skilled food handler, and preparation. He is intrested in American and Argentinian Cuisine. He is currently working as a Commis 1 Chef at P.F. Chang's Middle East.
