Worked as part of a DevOps team working on a large membership and claim processing platform based in US healthcare . Shift work included production support ,batch monitoring and incident management . The job also included agile development working on projects and work orders . I.T skills used daily VAX VMS, COBOL, SQL, SSIS, DataStage . Identified, tested and deployed changes that added value and improved the user’s experience on the platform . Clear communication and explanation of issues with both technical and non-technical users to achieve business goals and solve critical production issues was a big part of this role .

Investigating any problems with customers and variances in cash floats. Supervised a team of 3 cashiersfrom 11pm to 7am.

Worked in the busy restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Also worked in the function rooms for Weddings and other functions .
