Performance Incorporated is a private physical fitness training facility based in NY and NJ. We are a unique blend of 30+ years of helping clients of all ages, capabilities and skill levels achieve their personal pinnacle in human performance. Our programs combine state-of-the-art exercise equipment and technology with expertise in nutrition, exercise science and sports psychology. We have successfully served hundreds of clients including top athletes, corporations, executives, celebrities, models, families, youths, seniors, and many more.

After passing my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist exam in 1990, I went to Plus One Health Management. This role allowed me to establish my career in New York City, and gave me the opportunity to work in a clinical setting, and to put strength and conditioning techniques into practice with physical therapy clients.

Sports Nutrition Center – later renamed Diet Pros to cater to an audience including non-athletes – was my first venture into private practice. Over an eight-year period, I worked with hundreds of clients with various health and eating disorders, with an 80 percent success rate in helping individuals achieve their goals, providing in-depth nutritional guidance.

During my time at Kessler, I provided nutrition consultations to an elderly rehabilitation patient. This is the experience that inspired me to step into private practice, as I realized that I have a passion and a knack for providing individualized instruction, catered to the needs of the client.
