Define the process for provisioning Windows 2003 and 2008 base images for the IBM Smart Cloud Enterprise.

Provide pre and post sales support for Tivoli Storage Productivity Center including architecture, onsite proof of concept, demos, and training for customer in EMEA, AP, ANZ and the Americas. Serve as a liaison between customers, product management and development providing feedback on customer requirements resulting in a decrease of customer defects and crit sits. Architected and implemented Tivoli Storage Productivity Center for multiple agencies for the State of Texas, which resulted in the consolidation of critical data to two data centers. Co-authored, Invention Disclosure Publication for TUC8-2010-0217, Correlation automation methodology for complex storage environments in enterprise computing systems.

Conducted training in EMEA, AP, ANZ and the Americas for Tivoli Storage software which enabled our sales force to successfully communicate the Tivoli Storage Product strategy to the IBM customers and Business Partners which resulted in shorter sales cycles and a higher closure rate. I also provided product feedback from the field engineers to product management and development.
