Electrical EngineerPeachtree Tooling Corp. Sep 2011 - Mar 2012Responsible for the design of PLC based control panels for hydraulic and pneumatic process millinery used in the manufacturing of car moldings. The primary PLC was the Allen Bradley MicroLogics and the newer R800 series. Some systems include the Panelview series of HMIs. I did limited programming with RSLogic500. The drawings were done in AutoCad 2010 to NEC standards. I implemented the use of IEC schematic symbols in all electrical drawings and started a master list of materials to add consistency to the supporting documentation. I changed the drawing boarder to include a system of revision control. I implemented cost savings by changing to the Panelview C600 and using SIL rated devices only when needed.
