DEMOLITION ESTIMATOR - I am a professional demolition estimator with 20+ years of experience including, project management and environmental remediation. Over the past 20+ years I've estimated and managed projects ranging in size from 200 thousand to 9 million dollars, across all market segments. These segments include, industrial plants, hospitals, waste water treatment plants, public and private commercial projects. I am task focused, independent, analytical and critical. Some of my strengths include being an innovative problem solver, having a high aptitude for spotting trends in data, along with a strong technical capacity. I am operationally focused, opposed to socially. My intense, detail oriented personality lends itself well toward my results oriented mindset.
