• Full cycle recruiting from sourcing, submission, interview preparation, client interview to onboarding and starting • Collaborate with fellow Recruiters and Account Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practices to add value to discussions• Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in anticipation of varying client needs • Responsible for guiding applicants through the entire process of career enhancement - from identifying needs, negotiating pay rate, developing a resume, developing a search strategy, evaluating opportunities and preparing for interviews• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, screening qualified candidates based on their work experience, attitude, personality/cultural fit • Implement strategic sourcing methods to fill the most hard to fill requirements • Target and pursue candidates using multiple mediums, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed, Michigan Talent Connect and leveraging Boolean search strings for focused searches • Consistently maintain an active pool of talent that is passively looking for the next step in their careers• Responsible for actively and passively recruiting IT/Engineering professionals for permanent, contract and contract to hire positions by developing personal relationships through interviews, technical evaluations, and providing career counseling to provide the best skill set, personality and cultural match between the client and candidates• Handle job applicants inquiries, coordinate internal and external interviews, follow up calls, e-mail and in person to deliver continuous communication with candidates• Participate in Career fairs, Meetups and groups outside of normal work hours• Coach and mentor junior recruiters on the foundations of Blue Chip Talents recruiting strategy and performed oversight to help the company succeed
