Tribute Strength is a sports training and functional fitness facility built on a foundation that highlights character, and teamwork first. Tribute Strength focuses on selfless acts of kindness through repetitive acts of fundraising and volunteer work. Harnessing the power of the community, while simultaneously working to better oneself, leads to a better understanding of priorities and a mantra that everything we do matters. Our choices resonate.- Opened and run a highly successful sports and fitness facility with approximately 100 full time members in addition to recreational, college and university sports teams- Create, develop, and implement a comprehensive training program for individuals, groups and teams- Manage and lead a staff of 6 full time and part time employees- Organize annual and semi-annual fundraising events for the community, students, organizations, and people in need. Have raised and donated approximately $25,000 over the course of 6 years- Coordinate voluntary give back programs to local schools and communities in need, including food, school supplies and clothing- Head Trainer for local teams ranging from 6 years old to 21 years old- Manage all payroll, billing, and administration software programs

- Composed, coordinated and facilitated the development of bid packages - Responsible for writing weekly status reports to all levels of the company - Wrote copy for company newsletter highlighting division achievements - Member of brainstorm “teams” that look for ways to improve corporate culture and communication - Completed all contract pre-qualifications - Managed a team of 5 estimators to ensure efficiency in the workplace, deadlines are met and packages are completed- Estimated Substation and Power Plant projects ranging from $25 thousand - $10 million dollars- Organized all bid submittal information required for projects, including but not limited to: company information, job history, organization charts, resumes, project schedules and manpower reports- Maintained contact with clients throughout the bid process to sustain a positive relationship and ensure future business development opportunities. - Prepared and submit to client all project related documentation including Transmittals, Submittals and Construction Reports- Initiated constant communication as liaison between Drafting, Engineering, Field Operations, Clients, Partners and Vendors in regards to document control

- Secured and managed diverse accounts ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups. Point-person throughout the process in charge of handling all client and vendor contact and relationships- Interfaced with the creative and production staff to coordinate the development and delivery of business meetings, video, AV presentations and collateral materials- Acted as liaison between client and company on accounts with budgets up to $2 million dollars- Managed client sales meetings, product launches, and trade shows. On-site manager and representative during all off-site productions held worldwide- Identified opportunities to meet clients evolving marketing needs through custom newsletters, brochures, inserts, mailers and copy. Coordinated efforts across all departments and manage the process from start to finish- Prepared and reviewed cost estimates, RFP’s and contracts for all services provided to the client

- Recruited students and marketed academic programs in high schools. Territory included Tri-State area and select locations along the east coast, from Boston to Florida. - Analyzed enrollment trends throughout territory to identify opportunities for growth. Successfully increased qualified candidate application and enrollment each year by an average of 9%- Reviewed freshman applications and rendered admissions decisions. Acted as liaison between University and student for each file reviewed and played an integral role in the successful review of approximately 10,000 applications each year- Managed all aspects of the 35 member Admissions Ambassador Program, including hiring, training, budget, payroll and scheduling- Organized on and off-campus recruitment events and assisted in the creation of programs, agendas and floor plans
