• Promoted through progressively responsible positions to Major with the Logistics Corps, with accountability for managing logistics support and staff for maintenance and repair operations.
• Designed technical classes that trained more than 1,200 solders for deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan.
• Led an 225-person unit to Kuwait and Iraq in 2003 to establish a supply chain to providing maintenance and repair parts for 300 customers. Managed $1.1M warehouse and $13M in vehicles and equipment.
• Reduced uncollected $1.5M in debt to $7000 in returning repair parts; improved education with new training and reporting system throughout the organization.

Led 225-person team providing maintenance support for 20,000-person Army Base in Kuwait and area support in Iraq, employing and maintaining vehicles and equipment worth $13 million. Managed a $1.1 million repair parts warehouse.• Redesigned and successfully implemented the deployment, relocation, and security procedures of the unit as it moved to Kuwait.
