• Contracted to work for Alcatel Lucent as an RF Field/Optimization Engineer focused on the Sprint Network Vision (NV) upgrade. Responsible for over 2,000 sites in VA, WV, NC, SC, & GA.
• Approved over 500 sets of CDs. Proposed site design modifications and interacted with PMs and Construction Managers to resolve issues related to antenna placement.
• Reviewed 3rd party site audits to ensure that NV antennas were installed properly and were not obstructed by the legacy CDMA antennas (and vice versa). Coordinated and implemented action plans to resolve observed.
• Acted as Liaison between the site acquisition team and the lead engineers for each RF Engineering discipline (e.g. Network Design, Optimization, Regulatory, etc.).
• Performed carrier balancing and IFHO optimization of the 3G Vision network after legacy Motorola BTS equipment was replaced with the new Lucent NV BTS gear.

• Successfully managed a 30 employee staff responsible for Network Performance and Optimization of the Motorola CDMA, iDEN, and EVDO Networks throughout a 1200+ cell site area.
• Led the project management and rollout of EVDO Rev 0 and Rev A high speed mobile data network overlay encompassing more than 500 cell sites.

• Facilitated the integration of 40 - 70 new sites on an annual basis.
