Oversaw a period of continued growth that saw us double revenue and consume the majority of market-share our niche. Designed, built, launched, and managed over 30 separate digital products including large scale developer tools, hosted SaaS apps, enterprise-level technology platforms, and state of the art AI tooling.› Launched a SaaS add-on for WP All Import to allow users to schedule imports, with a backend infrastructure capable of handling tens of thousands of concurrent imports.› Ran a team to redesign our marketing site and rebrand the product, writing content for hundreds of pages. WP Sandbox went viral in the space, attracting tens of thousands of active users and went on to be acquired. Originally developed as an internal tool to allow the public to test WP All Import in a complete, fully functional WordPress installation spun up in 1-2s. We found the platform so useful that we decided to develop it into a separate product. This product and its architecture was unlike anything available at the time, and has spawned an entire category of new WordPress products that continue to thrive to this day.

Founded a boutique web design and development agency to create websites for client whose needs were not met with off the shelf tooling, including a component catalog and RFP system for a military contractor providing aerial delivery equipment to the United States Armed Forces.

Responsible for every area of business operations. We started with a used minivan, a construction trailer, a $30k aircraft with room for two skydivers, and around $150k in revenue per year. By the end of my tenure, Skydive Hollister was posting over $1m per year in revenue with a fleet of busses, a 4000sqft hangar, a very favorable lease on a brand new $1.5m aircraft with room for 17 skydivers, and a vibrant community of Silicon Valley solo skydivers.› Designed the first digital video editing workflow on the west coast, with videos being edited in minutes for customers and delivered online. At the time the entire industry was still using MiniDV camcorders, analog editing, and film photography.› Developed a platform to allow customers to purchase and schedule their skydive online, the first drop zone that I am aware of to do so.› Moved our entire operations center from paper and whiteboards to a fully networked CRM and flight scheduling system, with digital check-in for customers and screens throughout the facility showing flight times and flight manifests for customers and skydiving instructors.
