Provide forecast reports to owner-detailed budgets, timeline and scope. • Act as single point of contact while successfully delivering projects in a fast-paced, high functioning global environment.• Sole ownership of Capital Planning and forecasting analysis of $7+ million annual line of business consisting of up to10 simultaneous projects. • Client portfolios ranged from 500K – 27M square feet of owned building/site/utility components and up to 3,200 owned and daily-operated assets.• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to deliver asset renewals and evaluations of optimal delivery methods for both capital renewal and facilities operations initiatives.• Manage multiple project schedules, financial reports, team evaluation, coaching and mentoring – hiring/firing, training and performance.• Act as Subject Matter Expert in Facility Systematic operations including: MEP & Architectural/Civil building systems• Oracle database maintenance and updating through online portals for all clients as well as all in-house software development and support.• Oversee project scope to ensure adherence to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).• Address cross-functional issue/risk identification, documentation and mitigation planning.
