Part of the in-house creative leadership team for this international direct-to-consumer orthodontics and oral care brand. Oversaw CRM creative and often served as a creative lead on multimedia campaigns.Created a retail broadcast campaign launching oral care appliances and teeth-whitening products. Created a direct-talking brand-tentpole character, “Dee Dee,” used across all media channels. Helped launch SmileDirectClub Nighttime Aligners™, including a multi-hour, live-performance takeover event in NYC’s Grand Central Terminal. Spearheaded a cross-channel April Fools Day campaign, earning 100-million impressions – including the front page of USA Today and the UK’s Daily Mail.

Primary client was Ford of Canada, including dealer network as well as corporate campaigns. Wrote an internal manifesto for Ford that became the centerpiece of Ford’s comeback strategy in Canada. Re-positioned Escape in Canada. Launched Edge. Created a primary-brand campaign based on consumer insights gleaned from social listening.Helped develop a bold brand position for The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre: “In our lifetime.” Wrote an internal manifesto galvanizing the organization’s resolve and focusing the talking points of their many stakeholders.Additional major work included internal/external brand positioning and campaigns for Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Wayne Gretzky Foundation, and Ontario Tourism. Project work for Coleman, LG, and YUM brands (KFC/Pizza Hut/Taco Bell).
