Technical Production Lead, Meta Seattle
Current- Manage and supervise internal production team, ensuring metrics are achieved and setting performance goals for technician growth and improvement of the productions/service in mind- Partner-facing point of contact for M-Team/VP/VIP level events collaborating with and ensuring high-quality, high impact events/projects or strategies aligning with their vision- Coordinate staffing, logistics and technical needs to manage client and vendor relations and expectations throughout the production lifecycle- Develop processes and technical workflows to share with global teams concerning best practices/latest standards as a leading region in the delivery of services- Manage, maintain, and operate a wide variety of video, audio, lighting, and live streaming equipment throughout different venues/studios/virtual environments in a lead role (stage manager, V1, A1, etc.)- Maintain and handle highly sensitive NDA content within company standards and verify accountability within team- Lead pre-production and post-production syncs making recommendations and setting expectations as needed, providing an elevated event or production experience
