With over 18 years of work experience, I am a seasoned UX leader with a passion for creating impactful and user-centric products and services. I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing UX teams across different domains, such as Web3, clinical studies, social media, and e-commerce. As the Head of UX at Verily Life Sciences, I am responsible for overseeing the design, research, PgM, and content teams, and aligning them with the product and organization vision. I am motivated by Verily's mission to improve health outcomes and enhance quality of life for people around the world, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.In my current role, I have successfully established, expanded, and directed the UX teams, and managed cross-functional and executive-level stakeholder relationships. I have also led the platform design system development, and guided the UX team on patient engagement concepts and experience. Additionally, I am a Product and Design Advisor to the Co-Founders of a Web3 startup, where I define product strategy and core differentiation, review design and overall platform UX, and focus on delivering user value and achieving product market fit.
