As the Operations Coordinator of the Visual Merchandising department, I support all aspects of our department’s operations worldwide, working closely with the Sr. Director, Global Visual Merchandising and channel visual managers, to ensure the successful execution of the creative vision set by department and company leadership.Key Responsibilities:- Strategically source and procure items that align with the creative vision of the department and company leadership.- Engage with vendors to secure custom print and propping to enhance visual displays.- Facilitate seamless execution of visual direction provided by VM channel managers in over 95 North American stores.- Provide expert visual merchandising support and guidance to 400+ international stores operated by independent partners and a subsidiary in Japan.- Track and manage department finances and purchasing to ensure efficient allocation of resources.- Develop and create floorset and window direction documents for both domestic and international locations as required.- Collaborate with channel visual managers to coordinate Visual Merchandising needs for new store openings.

- Assist the Director of Campus Life for Student Centers & Student Involvement with the recruitment and management of a staff of 60 orientation leaders along with two other Interns.- Assist in the development, planning and implementation of a new orientation leader training program to better prepare the orientation staff to work with each other and to acclimate Quinnipiac’s incoming students to the college environment.- Assist in the preparation and organization of content and materials for each orientation session. - Help to facilitate productive and informative orientation leader staff meetings to build community among them early on.- Coordinate logistics for the entire program, including communication with vendors, caterers, and facilities event management staff.
