As a leader in the neuroscience business, I have directed and led transformative change across five operating units, including Ear Nose and Throat, Neurovascular, Neuromodulation, Pelvic Health, and Spine/Neurosurgery. With an $11.3 billion business to oversee, I have been instrumental in reorganizing the Demand Planning organization to align with the commercial selling strategy and corporate supply chain structure.In doing so, I assessed team capabilities, system design and robustness, developed strategy, and drove deployment of standardized processes that others can effectively execute and sustain. My role also included managing highly complex technologies and businesses across 66 sites, ensuring regular knowledge and best practice sharing within the supply chain community through the creation of a community of practice that supports global commonality.Moreover, I steered the S&OP and IBP process to successfully balance demand and supply while supporting business growth in an ever-changing environment, ensuring optimal phase-in and phase-out process. I led the supply/demand planning process to ensure supply chain performance and standardization, challenged regional forecast quality deviations, and enforced simplification of complexity and slow mover management in partnership with sales.As a leader, I focused on teaching and developing people, while living in ambiguity, and driving actions towards the gold standard of supply chain performance and customer satisfaction. With my expertise, I have successfully transformed the way business is done within a 75-year-old institution with over 200k SKU's and an extremely diverse go-to-market strategy and customer base.

Through collaboration with the corporate A&I team at MDT, I built and launched the comprehensive Demand Planning tool set and launch pad. Managing the offshore Stat team located in India, I was able to facilitate their migration to the in-house Medtronic team. My work in generating the Statistical baseline for all Medtronic was crucial in supporting the achievement of monthly KPIs with both Global and Regional planners.

I am globally and regionally responsible for demand planning space within multi-billion dollar medical device business. Using leading industry supply chain best practice and six sigma to enable value-based healthcare, make better business decisions, and provide our customers with the best products possible.
