My background as a Project Coordinator along being Technical Manager at the same time demonstrates a record of combining the applied technology within actual project management in the field of steel detailing. The current position offered me to boosts my managerial skills in terms of in-depth and advanced skills using the software Tekla Structures while doing an error-free output drawings and handling people as a team. It also enhances my communication skills by directly liaising the fabrication, builders, clients, engineers and architects on the job, Australian environment is also a plus when making residential, industrial and infrastructural designs. Throughout my career, I have perfected the essence of my organisational and management abilities in with critical thinking, collaboration and application toward business improvement.

I am a progressive minded professional who wanted to apply the learning experience from sales and support of the program Tekla Structures in the industry of engineering, architecture and construction. I have proven my engineering skills to match these talents to work as a structural steel detailer in Crystal Fabricators. Collective brainstorming sessions and a consistent mentoring from colleagues mold me as to what my career is offering me now. I gained experiences in reading design and translating it into a virtual model to analyze erectability issues. I've been studying plans to raise questions whenever an item is out of contract and specifications while reviewing the package to be in conformance both in model aspect and drawing approach. I have been involved into American standards and familiarize how they work. I also reached becoming a leader who coordinates numerous work load for the team and report status to the project manager. I have devised strategic initiative to understand common documentation protocols and post-detailing process to assist builders and manufacturers.

As a Tekla Structures enthusiast, and a civil engineer at the same time, it is my task to impose not just the brand of Tekla Structures but also the technical features of the software. I roam across the country to demonstrate how the program works and defend how could it be beneficial into one company. Being the technical support of the sales team, I were able to apply the software as a proof of concept and at the same time, evaluate the system in accordance with the standard of a company. A part of it also entails giving awareness to the industry of the technology that can help the progress of engineering cycle.

Being an after-sales consultant of Tekla Structures, it is a duty for me to maintain client's loyalty by giving them service that relates to the usage of Tekla Structures. This includes implementation and training to the users that are new to the software, providing solutions to their technical queries whether by call, by email or personal visit depending on the need's degree and examining in-depth issues which will take out the clients into trouble.

I was able to use Tekla Structures in structural steel detailing at an early stage of my career. Drafting skills were acquired on projects I've been involved. Making a drawing presentation that gives details and tallies over the quantification report was initially taught on me. I used to visualize structural and miscellaneous items in 2D plans and converting it into a 3D picture. Coordinating it with the plans as well as monitoring conflicts are my responsibilities. Meeting schedules on time with quality of work was also trained.
