Following Adstream’s acquisition of Quickcut, I led the transition and integration of Quickcut’s print client base onto Adstream platforms, successfully maintaining 100% of print revenues in year one.

Quickcut was a software development company headquartered in Australia that pioneered a digital platform for creation, validation and delivery of advertising content. I joined with a remit to lead ambitious international expansion from the ground-up. Over the course of the next seven years, I secured big name global clients, critical channel partners and joint ventures to see the business grow exponentially, successfully entering the UK, Europe, North American, Middle East, African and Asian markets. The product rapidly developed over this period, evolving to an automated end-to-end advertiser-to-publisher workflow solution, with Quickcut maintaining a clear market dominance through superior technology, which continued to significantly disrupt the market. The operating model remained lean, protecting our profit margins through continuously improved workflows and processes, and keen management of third-parties.A driving force behind industry-wide best-practice and standardisation, I was the founding member of multiple industry committees and working groups, a regular speaker and contributor to events, forums and publications, and worked closely with major publishers to continually enhance quality and efficacy of print advertising.Quickcut was acquired in 2006 by Adstream Holdings Ltd.
