Moved major OEM relationship from adversarial and reactive to partnership and continuous improvement. Set up and managed Engineering KPI suite.

I joined Premier Foods in October 2012, in the Bakery division (Hovis) with responsibility for improving maintenance practices within the bakeries. In May 2014, Hovis Ltd, was formed as a joint venture between Premier Foods and the Gores group.I developed the company's maintenance and Engineering reliability strategy for the next 3 - 5 years, and delivered.

I worked at Overton mill, where we manufactured high security paper for the production of bank notes. I was responsible for the Engineering department in the stock preparation area, which produces the cotton pulp for the paper machines.

Responsible for all the Engineering functions in the canning & bottling departments of the biggest brewery in the country. Responsibility for up to 35 craftsmen and 2 Engineering team leaders. Managed the ramp down to closure in early 2010.

I worked for Patheon, a contract Pharmaceutical manufacturer, delivering various projects, including relocating the microbiology departement in to a building that I refurbished, including all utilities. I also controlled the design, manufacture and commissioning of pressure vessels for aseptic production of injectable drugs and specified a new £2m.

This was a wide ranging role, covering most disciplines, and working on day to day problems, as well as many projects
